Can I clean my stone floors with your product?

Yes, we have tested it on many stone floors successfully! We always recommend testing the product in an inconspicuous area before use to determine suitability.

What about shower tile?

Our product will remove soap scum and dirt, but will not remove mold. Mold needs to be removed with a disinfecting product.

How much scrubbing is required?

After our product has been applied for 2-3 minutes, you will need to agitate the treated areas with a bristle brush until the amount of dirt build-up is loosened. Rinse with water and wipe dry and repeat as needed. Grout will look darker when wet for up to 24 hours.

Can I used it on colored grout?

Yes! We have tested it on many top brands of grout color renewal products without problems.

What if the product dry’s before I can rinse it?

Just respray a small amount of product and agitate again

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Only unused products that are still in the original (unopened) packaging, can be returned for refund within 60 days. All return requests must be submitted in email to: groutsolutionsfl@gmail.com for shipping instructions.

Refunds will only be issued after receipt of product and inspection. If approved, notification will be sent to the email provided and credit issued for the products purchased (shipping is not refundable) to your original method of payment. Shipping return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
